Starkville, MS (Sports Network) - South Carolina Gamecocks running back Marcus Lattimore left Saturday's 14-12 win over Mississippi State with a sprained left knee. Lattimore ran for 39 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries before departing in the fourth quarter.
